RowMinderTerms of Use
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of RowMinder, published by Thuyen Nguyen, an individual based in Vietnam ("we"). The app is licensed to you under the Apple Standard EULA, which forms part of these terms. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for the license itself.
Your files
You keep all rights to the patterns, photos and notes you import or create. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you import. We do not provide patterns and do not claim any rights in your content.
Free version and RowMinder Pro
The free version includes one project and a row counter, with the row ruler, markings and bookmarks, a yarn log and manual backup. Pro unlocks unlimited projects, several counters, Find my row, Lock Screen, widget and Apple Watch features, and automatic backup.
Prices in the United States: $3.99 per month, $19.99 per year, and $39.99 once for lifetime access. There is no free trial. Prices in other countries follow the App Store and are shown before you buy.
Subscriptions and renewal
Monthly and yearly Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew.
After Pro ends
Your data is never locked. If Pro ends, your projects, counters and notes remain, and free features keep working. Pro counters stay visible in view-only mode.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, try to break it or reverse engineer it except as the law allows, or use it to infringe other people's rights.
Backups and availability
You are responsible for keeping your own backup files. We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or always available.
Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with a new legal version date. Questions: rowminder@apporig.com. The English version applies.
